Henan Kingman Mechanical & Electronic Complete Plant Co., Ltd (KMEC) is an international engineering company combining design, technology, manufacture and trade together, focusing at turn-key projects of grain processing machinery, including flour mill project, oil mill project, and wood & feed pellet mill project. KMEC’s headquarter is located in Anyang, China, and it has also set up overseas representative offices in Moscow and Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). As one of the backbone members of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) and China International Contractors Association (CHINCA), KMEC has won the recognition from the government departments, banks and the enterprises in the same field. KMEC now has 15 senior engineers, 12 professors and vice professors and other experts to provide strong technology support and it also owns first class manufacturing equipments at home and abroad, such as CNC shearing machine, CNC bending machine, CNC lathe, CNC grinding machine, CNC flame cutting, sandblasting derusting machine, etc. There are three sets of professional continuous spiral blade cold-rolled equipments in our factory, supplied by professional equipments manufactures that we’ve established long term cooperation relationship, forming the perfect chain of supplying.

Oil Mill Projects

We can provide our clients with technology services on designing, manufacturing and exporting complete oil mill plants, solvent extraction plants and related oil processing equipments. We also provide professional customized edible oil refining, which includes degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization and winterization and a variety preprocessing service for raw oil materials such as soybean, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, peanuts, seeds, palm kernel, grape seed, walnut meat, tea seed, animal oil, fish oil, etc

Flour Mill Projects

KMEC can provide a full set of technology services on grain processing, grain pre-cleaning, grain cleaning, grain dampening, flour milling, flour blending and flour packing. Our products include single flour milling machines with with a production capacity of of 10 to 3o t/d, complete set of flour mills with the capacity of 30 to 250 t/d. We guarantee that the technologies and equipments we provide are internationally recognized and backed up by the technology experts from the Henan Grain & Oil Engineering University.

Wood Pellet Projects

We offer a wide selection of high quality ring die pellet feeding and feed pellets mills. With a ring shape die and a set of rollers, ring die pellet mills are widely used in large industrial animal feeding, wood and other biomass pellet production. In addition, customized services customized services can be provided to our clients on evaluation, design, project management, process engineering to procurement local manufacturing and installation and commissioning for the wood pellet production line which includes wood crushing (if the raw material is not in required size), material sifter, drying (if the raw material contains higher moisture), pelletizing, cooling and bagging.

Feed Pellet Projects

KMEC produces a comprehensive selection of feed machinery, including hammer mill, mixer, extruder, feed pellet mill, dryer, cooler, packing scales as well as other feed mill equipments. Our experienced senior engineers can provide suitable designs for complete plants concerning the silo and pretreatment of raw materials, crushing, mixing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, packing and even the settling of the wastes for our clients.
